Ariana was born December 7th 1987 to Louis and Shelley Morneau in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. She left us on July 6th, 2023 in Kennewick, WA. Growing up, Ari always had her own sense of style. By the age of two she already had a passion for purses and sunglasses. However, that didn't stop her from keeping up with her brothers, Levi and Reuben, outside. If she wasn't outside (mostly under the porch playing) with her brothers, she enjoyed being inside with mom, baking bread in her own custom apron. Mischief would often find her wherever she went, whether it was at home on the farm or out with her friends. As Ari grew, so did her adventurous spirit. Ari moved around for work in the construction trades, starting on the pipeline and working her way towards land owner liaison with the wind farms. She lived in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, California, Kentucky and many other places. During her travels, she very much enjoyed Geocaching, cooking/baking, thrifting and finding the hidden gems in the people she encountered and the places she went. Ari was a daredevil. Nothing was out of the question; skydiving, ziplining, snorkeling with manatees, scaling mountain sides and staying in questionable hostels in Alaska. She was a genuine soul who appreciated the smaller things in life, such as the relationships she held with friends and family and showing them her love through her most thoughtful gift-giving. She loved to give home-made gifts. Ari put love into all she created. Another favorite thing of hers to gift was books; she cherished the time spent with mom reading stories as a young child and wanted to bring that love to others as well. When Ari made it to her 30's, she had found her landing place, her home, in Washington state. That is where she met her husband, Weldon. While living in Kennewick, Ari worked for the city of Pasco. When she was not working, she would enjoy hosting BBQ's at their home and spending time with her tribe. After her cancer diagnosis, she focused on instilling her sense of adventures with her loved ones. She is survived by her husband Weldon Whitworth, 2 stepdaughters (Leah and Whitnee); her mom and Step-dad (Shelley and Patrick Krohn); her grandfather Evan Wolter; dad (Louie Morneau); brothers Levi Morneau (Sarah Kuruz), Reuben Morneau (Allie Morneau) and nieces and nephews; Alex, Taylor, Jameson, Woodrow, Stetson, Oliver and Olivia and her chosen family (tribe) in Washington to include her special friend Nancy. She is preceded in death by her grandparents; Patricia Wolter, Pearl and Larry Schulte. A celebration of life will be held July 29th, 2023 at her home in Washington that she loved so much. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tri-Cities Cancer Center, tccancer. orgA celebration of life will also be held in Wisconsin. Details forthcoming.
