Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Brown (Mettling) passed away peacefully on December 22, 2024, at Kadlec Medical Center. She was born in Starr, TX on January 23, 1952. Cindy moved to Pasco in her teens with her father. She is preceded by her father Howard Mettling and her dear friends Mary and Charlie. She is survived by her 3 children Brandon...
