Basic services of Funeral Director and Staff
Removal and transfer from place of death to holding facility (within 35-mile radius)
Refrigeration care (up to 4 days)
Cremation Fee
Minimum Alternative Cremation Container

*ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE, SERVICES, PRINT PROPS, SALES TAX, AND/OR CASH ADVANCE ITEMS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR CONTRACT SEPARATELY. ALL CEMETERY CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED BY THE CEMETERY OFFICE IN WHICH YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
