*ALL MERCHANDISE, ADDITIONAL SERVICES, PRINT PROPS, AND/OR CASH ADVANCE ITEMS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR CONTRACT SEPARATELY. ALL CEMETERY CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED BY THE CEMETERY OFFICE IN WHICH YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
