Direct Cremation

Witness Cremation

Starting at $125

Witness cremation offers the family the chance to be present with their loved one as the cremation commences. It’s a very personal service that can be comforting and provide closure. You can accompany your loved one into the building and crematory room up until they enter the cremation chamber. 


*Disclaimer: We utilize the crematorium at Einan’s at Hillcrest - Kennewick, we must follow established guidelines. You will only be allowed to stay until the cremation begins. Also, be aware that Einan’s has a crematorium schedule, and CODA will select an available time. In the event that Einan’s has to reschedule, CODA will notify the family.

Cemetery Witness Placement Fee

Starting at $125

This service allows immediate family members (up to 10 people) to be present during the placement of their loved one, in a cemetery of their choice. We can schedule this service to families Monday-Friday, at 9:00 am and have a 15-minute max time frame. This is a basic service giving family the opportunity to witness the placing of their loved ones cremated remains, either in the ground or in a niche. This also allows for burial families to witness the lowering of the casket into the ground.
